Project Employee, Broadcasting Assistant (Basketball)

Location: Secaucus, USA; in-office position

hirify.global is a global sports and media organization operating professional basketball leagues, broadcasting platforms, digital products, and social responsibility initiatives.

What you will do

• Serve as the nightly liaison between the Broadcast Operations Center, Replay Center, television partners, and hirify.global, Whirify.global, and G League representatives.
• Write telecast reports covering broadcast elements, sales and marketing initiatives, announcer comments, and production quality.
• Evaluate sports and non-sports broadcast productions to identify innovative content and production executions.
• Develop ideas for hirify.global broadcast content projects and review local broadcasts for storytelling, technology, and production best practices.
• Support broadcast partners with game and event production, best practices, ancillary programming, and potential onsite activities.
• Use the digital hirify.global Content Archive to clip and distribute real-time links and programming updates.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the hirify.global, Whirify.global, hirify.global G League, and hirify.global 2K, including players, coaches, and teams.
• Knowledge of the television, social media, and streaming landscape; sports or television/broadcasting experience is preferred.
• Strong writing skills and expertise with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Secaucus, USA.
