Assistant Producer (E-commerce Photo Production)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States; onsite production work at an in-house studio.

Compensation: $26–$34 per hour, based on relevant experience and work location.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day booking of freelance and internal crews for e-commerce photo shoots.
• Create and distribute shot lists and call sheets, prepare the studio, and support shoot-set responsibilities.
• Coordinate castings, style-outs, fittings, catering, and other photo production projects.
• Work with sample operations, marketing, asset, and post-production teams to prepare samples and deliver assets on time.
• Set and manage pre-production, production, and post-production timelines while monitoring deadlines and site refreshes.
• Track budget estimates and accruals, maintain production planning systems, and support studio supplies and upkeep.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of production experience; luxury, fashion, or beauty experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and comfort using online tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and adapt to shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working on a photo shoot set and the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly.
