What you will do

• Write, edit, and produce content for broadcast, streaming, digital, and social platforms.
• Build, stack, and showcase newscasts and streaming programs.
• Evaluate stories and select effective formats, presentation styles, and distribution strategies for each platform.
• Create graphics, banners, teases, headlines, and promotional content.
• Monitor live and recorded content feeds, audience engagement, and analytics to guide content decisions.
• Prioritize breaking news, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate with reporters, photographers, anchors, Content Managers, and newsroom teams.

Requirements

• Experience using broadcast news systems or a digital CMS.
• Experience writing, producing, or publishing content according to journalistic standards.
• Experience with non-linear video editing software.
• Strong writing, copy-editing, headline-writing, news judgment, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital, streaming, and social media content strategies.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
