Manager Product Management - Clinical Data

Location: Working at home in Pennsylvania, United States; office-based or remote position with physical work site attendance frequently required.

What you will do

• Support product strategy and roadmap development through market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Guide accurate requirements definition and backlog management across the product management team.
• Manage product development and launches across a portfolio of clinical data products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and product teams through agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Engage customers and users through feedback collection, user testing, and research.
• Ensure product quality, strategic foresight, regulatory compliance, and alignment with healthcare standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of product development methodologies and market research techniques.
• Ability to work from Pennsylvania and meet the position’s physical work site requirements.
