Product Manager (Clinical Solutions)

Location: Remote for candidates based in EST or CST time zones; Fort Worth, TX, United States

Base compensation: $97,909–$167,844 annually.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and long-term roadmap development for the clinical solutions portfolio.
• Engage pharmacies, health systems, prospects, group purchasing organizations, and other stakeholders to identify workflows, unmet needs, and adoption opportunities.
• Conduct discovery interviews and market research to validate customer problems and new product concepts.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product Marketing on product delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Translate customer and market insights into problem statements, prioritized requirements, value propositions, and pricing inputs.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability, and enhancement opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, or demonstrated ownership of product strategy and execution in a 0-to-1, early-stage, or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to work remotely while based in the EST or CST time zones.
