Lead Digital Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $126,300–$173,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital experiences.
• Guide mobile-first customer experiences across authentication, onboarding, refill, fulfillment, and self-service.
• Use customer insights, analytics, and measurable outcomes to prioritize investments and product decisions.
• Identify reusable platform capabilities and reduce duplication across digital channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Define success metrics, manage multiple workstreams, and create product documentation and implementation plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience leading complex digital products.
• Experience managing native iOS and Android applications and responsive web experiences.
• Experience with customer-centered design, digital product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Ability to lead teams without direct authority and collaborate across Design, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Business.
• Experience using customer insights and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Experience working in Agile product organizations and shaping reusable, scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with modular product architecture, reusable components, or capability-based product management.
• Experience partnering with platform engineering teams or leading digital transformation projects.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and service design.
