Technical Product Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Align product initiatives with portfolio strategy and long-term product vision.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps connected to business objectives, customer needs, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams on product architecture, user experiences, data workflows, and innovative cardiac safety capabilities.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into evidence-based product requirements while balancing technical debt, architecture, and feature development.
• Lead cross-functional release planning, launch readiness, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, medicine, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 3 years of product management experience with full product lifecycle ownership.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or clinical trials.
• Strong technical acumen, analytical decision-making, and experience working in agile environments.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams, customers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience managing medical devices that acquire physiological signals for monitoring or diagnosis, such as ECG systems.
