Manager, Process Improvement - Tooling Operations

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; primary location at 809 11th Ave, Sunnyvale, CA. A second salary band is listed for Bellevue, Washington.

Annual salary: $104,000–$202,000 in Sunnyvale, California; $96,000–$186,000 in Bellevue, Washington. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible stock compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance business functions and support organizational goals.
• Analyze performance data, identify process gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Partner with operations, process improvement, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to secure stakeholder alignment.
• Lead change management projects from pilot through full implementation.
• Monitor program metrics, address post-implementation issues, and optimize workflows.
• Manage global projects and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and operational controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without the degree requirement.
• Experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or a related area.
• Expertise in process improvement and change management.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying gaps, and developing improvement solutions.
• Knowledge of workflow management, automation, root cause analysis, and quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, adaptability, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
• Master’s degree, including in Human Resources or Supply Chain.
• Lean Six Sigma Champion Certification.
