Quality Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $74,732–$97,193 annually, plus eligibility for the Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.

What you will do

• Lead the global Change Management and Continuous Improvement project portfolio.
• Manage high-priority quality projects from planning and scope definition through implementation and closure.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in resolving systemic quality issues through structured problem-solving.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, milestones, and completion effectiveness.
• Develop project management processes, reporting tools, templates, and knowledge repositories.
• Support audits, QMS administration, product certifications, ETQ administration, quality metrics, root cause analysis, and supplier quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management and leadership, including planning, communication, scheduling, risk management, influencing, and stakeholder management.
• Proven root cause analysis, problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, independent-working, teamwork, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
• PMP certification.
• Quality Engineering or Quality Auditor training and certification.
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards, regulations, plant operations, or issue resolution.
