Civil Engineering Internship (Federal Infrastructure Site Design)

What you will do

• Support conventional civil design for military bases, VA campuses, and other essential government facilities.
• Assist with grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.
• Prepare calculations and technical reports.
• Produce construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and clients on real-world infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute and work well on a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Passion for collaborative work, ownership, and positively affecting communities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
