What you will do

• Assist with engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, visual aids, and technical documents.
• Support fieldwork including site inspections, surveys, and GPS mapping.
• Research, collect, enter, interpret, and analyze project data using technical principles.
• Review submittals and technical documents for compliance with project requirements and prepare draft documents.
• Prepare CAD and GIS drawings and documents, update the cost-estimating database, and maintain design and calculation templates.
• Complete miscellaneous engineering assignments as needed, with possible travel.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to write effectively and articulate outcomes to clients and team members.
• The position may include travel.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering Co-op or internship experience.
