Aviation Civil Associate (Entry-level Engineer) (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Peachtree Corners, Georgia office, United States.

Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 per year.

Engineering and consulting services provider delivering planning, design, construction, and program management for infrastructure projects including airports, roads, bridges, tunnels, transit, water treatment, and environmental restoration.

What you will do

• Plan and design airfield infrastructure, airport facilities, roadways, parking lots, and supporting civil/site improvements.
• Develop geometric layouts and drainage designs for airfield, roadway, and parking lot projects.
• Prepare technical specifications, construction cost estimates, engineer’s reports, and graphics for client presentations.
• Provide construction engineering services, including shop drawing review, contractor-question responses, and periodic construction site visits.
• Perform field inspections supporting airfield management programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
• 0–2 years of experience working under a registered professional.
• AutoCAD experience, preferably including Civil 3D.
• Motivation, self-direction, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and the ability to meet established deadlines.

Nice to have

• Aviation and/or transportation/site development engineering background.
