Engineering Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Evansville, IN, United States. On-site work with limited travel of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Contribute to real-world engineering projects and gain practical, hands-on experience.
• Collaborate with skilled professionals and diverse colleagues on ongoing projects.
• Use engineering tools and software to support project work and analysis.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform duties onsite or at project locations as needed.
• Build engineering skills through mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's engineering program in electrical, mechanical, civil, architectural, audio engineering, or a related field.
• Junior-level standing or above is required for the applicable engineering program.
• Strong interest in engineering and the AEC industry, with a desire to build a career in the field.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and software, including MS Office, Excel, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work on varied projects and tasks, adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and take initiative.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry.
