Data and Reporting Analyst - Investment Risk

hirify.global is an asset manager whose Benefit Street Partners business focuses on alternative credit across direct lending, structured credit, liquid credit, special situations, infrastructure debt, and real estate.

What you will do

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc Investment Risk reports.
• Maintain reporting processes, controls, procedures, and process maps.
• Extract, transform, reconcile, and validate risk-related data from multiple internal and external systems.
• Investigate data discrepancies, communicate resolutions, and support portfolio-level analysis.
• Develop and automate data workflows using reporting tools.
• Create and enhance Tableau dashboards and improve reporting quality using AI, including Codex.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data and reporting, fund operations, portfolio analytics, or a related field.
• Experience reconciling and validating data from multiple systems.
• Some finance experience, including accountancy, private credit, loans, bonds, or related instruments.
• Familiarity with portfolio management, risk, or fund accounting systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Alteryx, KNIME, and Tableau.
• Experience building data workflows and dashboards.
• Experience using AI tools such as Codex to improve reporting and data quality.
