Commercial AI Data Analyst (AI and Commercial Analytics): Supporting commercial AI initiatives by sourcing, analyzing, validating, and visualizing data from ERP and commercial systems with an accent on data quality, business requirements, and AI output validation. Focus on defining acceptance criteria, coordinating user acceptance testing, monitoring AI and business performance, and translating commercial needs into actionable analytical requirements.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; onsite
Monthly gross compensation: PLN 13,841.70–28,741.70

What you will do
- Partner with Commercial teams and Digital/IT to support AI-enabled initiatives through data analysis, preparation, reconciliation, and validation.
- Define business data requirements and source relevant information across ERP and commercial systems.
- Use Snowflake, Tableau, and other analytics tools to explore, analyze, validate, and visualize commercial data.
- Create data quality dashboards and reports covering completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Design business test scenarios, define quality metrics and acceptance criteria, and validate AI outputs from a commercial and data perspective.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with regional Sales and Service teams, investigate data or model-performance issues, and support AI adoption and literacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or business performance.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights supporting sales growth.
- Exposure to AI, generative AI, or automation tools.
- Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, or analytics tools, plus experience with testing support, adoption tracking, or KPI measurement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau Cloud, or AWS.
- Experience in sales analytics, sales performance management, or revenue operations.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, performance reporting, financial modeling, ROI analysis, or statistical analysis.
