Senior Data Analyst (Finance)

Location: Remote U.S.; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $133K–$156K base pay, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct prioritized analyses that inform financial planning, forecasting, investment decisions, and other high-impact business decisions.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, and analytics teams.
• Automate recurring deliverables and scale analytical workflows as the company grows.
• Build self-service dashboards and data assets that surface trends and support decision-making.
• Improve analytics infrastructure and expand access to high-quality data and insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or an equivalent function.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets and translating findings into actionable strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders of varying levels of data fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics.
• Familiarity with dbt.
• Python skills for advanced analysis.
