DeMold Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Louisville, KY facility

Starting salary: $24 per hour

hirify.global® is hiring for an onsite production role focused on manufacturing finished products.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment with the Production Manager to produce finished products.
• Implement quality control standards, procedures, logs, and product specification checks.
• Follow production schedules and communicate issues that may affect daily or weekly goals.
• Train production staff on product specifications and troubleshooting procedures.
• Record batch data, material usage, quality-control information, and product weights in Acumatica and production logs.
• Coordinate materials organization, equipment troubleshooting, process improvements, and KPI performance with Operations and Supply Chain.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on compliance.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to packaging strategy and oversight.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and respond to emergencies outside regular working hours when required.
• Ability to work onsite at the Louisville, KY facility.
