Fabrication Lead - S4/P4 (D-Shift - Fri - Sun 5pm - 5am)

Location: Redmond, OR, United States; onsite, full-time, Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

Salary: $27.82–$41.74 per hour

What you will do

• Complete hirify.global’s Production Leader Program and lead a fabrication team by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring employees.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control processes and investigate production or quality issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with inventory control, and report productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 Universal refrigerant certification.
