Beverage Lead (2nd Shift)

Location: Del Rey, California, USA; onsite, full-time, second shift

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead daily beverage operations and direct the work of hourly production staff.
• Assign workstations, communicate shift schedules, and coordinate work to be completed.
• Train, coach, develop, and correct employee performance while supporting teamwork.
• Verify shift paperwork, reconcile materials and quality issues, and report OEE percentages.
• Maintain food safety, product quality, GMP compliance, equipment operation, and workplace cleanliness.
• Monitor breaks and lunches and address safety or quality concerns at shift end.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma and one to two years of related experience operating production machines.
• Experience or ability to work with food safety, quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and meeting-leadership skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using weight, volume, and distance measurements.
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends; ability to work onsite in Del Rey, California.
