Manufacturing Lead (Medical Technology)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities and provide direction to production operators across assigned operational areas and value streams.
• Deliver production KPIs covering safety, quality, delivery, and value.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage employee rotations and staffing adjustments based on order volume and daily production targets.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate employee training, assembly troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience using Oracle ERP for inventory and material management.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of assembly techniques and troubleshooting of system failures.
• Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States and be able to maintain it without employment visa sponsorship.

• Technical certification or associate degree.
