Fabrication Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Redmond, Oregon, United States; onsite, full-time

Pay range: $27.82–$41.74 per hour

What you will do

• Complete hirify.global’s Production Leader Program and lead a team of production workers.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality control and safety processes, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Investigate production and quality issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with inventory control, and report productivity, quality, efficiency, and production challenges to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification.
