What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership for the Workday platform and align it with HR and business priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR Systems team responsible for Workday administration, configuration, enhancements, and end-user support.
- Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of HR systems support tickets while maintaining service levels.
- Plan, test, and deploy Workday biannual releases, new functionality, and system enhancements.
- Manage Workday security roles, business processes, integrations, and reporting capabilities.
- Lead Workday implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably HR, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive HR Systems or HRIS experience, including significant Workday administration experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing HR Systems or HRIS teams.
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, including business processes, security, reporting, and system configuration.
- Experience with multiple Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning, or Absence Management.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
