Manager, People Technology (Workday HCM)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the Workday People Technology team.
• Develop and execute a Workday strategy aligned with organizational and People & Culture goals.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and integrate Workday with other systems.
• Oversee the design, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting of Workday modules.
• Improve People Technology processes, system efficiency, data accuracy, security, and governance.
• Deliver Workday training for People & Culture teams and end users while monitoring platform and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Workday HCM, including implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proven leadership experience developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of People & Culture processes, best practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
