HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid at the corporate headquarters in Mequon, Wisconsin, with three days per week in the office. Relocation assistance within the United States may be available. Travel is up to 5%.

What you will do

• Provide front-line support for HR users and business stakeholders, troubleshooting Workday break/fix issues and identifying root causes.
• Translate HR business needs into functional requirements, specifications, solutions, and reporting tools.
• Lead or support enhancements, HR technology projects, system testing, implementations, and Workday release activities.
• Configure and maintain custom reports, dashboards, data views, analytics, and existing HR reporting tools.
• Improve HR processes, manage incoming requests, and support prioritization across the HR technology portfolio.
• Create documentation and training materials that improve user adoption of Workday functionality and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience working with Workday technology.
• Experience with Workday configuration, break/fix resolution, enhancements, and release functionality.
• Project management experience, analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to connect business processes and user needs to practical system solutions.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Functional Human Resources experience.
• Functional or techno-functional experience with UKG.
• Quantitative data experience involving data visualization and HR analytics.
