TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster

Location: Home United States; fully remote

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and apply coverage for routine and complex commercial transportation claims.
• Adjudicate bodily injury and property damage claims professionally and efficiently.
• Investigate claims with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and external vendors to determine liability and evaluate damages.
• Set and maintain claim diaries, manage reserves, and control loss adjustment expenses.
• Prepare timely, detailed reports for clients and document correspondence, discussions, and decisions in the claims system.
• Escalate situations that may affect the underlying claim to management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial transportation claims experience.
• Required experience with bodily injury and litigation claims.
• Valid Texas all-lines adjuster license required, with the ability to quickly obtain reciprocal licenses in other states.
• Superior report-writing, communication, and time-management skills.
• Above-average computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide strong customer service and collaborate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Florida, New Mexico, and other state adjuster licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
• College degree.
