Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Medicare)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $18.00 per hour base pay, plus incentives tied to enrollment and personal performance.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective Medicare members, focusing on education and enrollment.
• Explain coverage, carrier, and plan options and guide members through eligible choices and next steps.
• Support plan enrollment through consultative, non-high-pressure sales conversations.
• Meet expectations for call quality, member engagement, sales performance, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and colleagues and attend team meetings and seasonal training.

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life insurance license.
• At least one year of Medicare experience.
• Strong communication skills and a sales-focused approach.
• Comfort working across multiple software systems with basic computer and technology knowledge.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States with a qualifying home-office setup.
• Availability for a schedule that includes at least one weekend day per week during AEP.

Nice to have

• Telesales or contact center experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage sales programs.
