Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; onsite. Occasional travel of approximately 20% is required. Relocation is available. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Salary: $132,500–$196,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Lead HR strategy and execution across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment supporting approximately 2,200 employees.
- Translate operational priorities into people strategies focused on safety, quality, productivity, engagement, retention, and business performance.
- Lead labor and employee relations, including collective bargaining preparation, contract administration, grievances, investigations, discipline, and dispute resolution.
- Advise plant and operations leaders on labor agreements, employment practices, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce readiness.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team supporting manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or operations environments.
- Significant labor relations experience supporting a unionized manufacturing or production workforce.
- Experience administering collective bargaining agreements and advising on contract interpretation, grievances, investigations, discipline, and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, business acumen, analytical ability, and experience influencing senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or HR/labor relations certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
- Experience with large-scale, multi-site, or global manufacturing operations.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, continuous improvement, or other manufacturing operating systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish capability.
- Experience with HR analytics, workforce metrics, HRIS platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
