Plant HR Manager (Hartland, WI)

Location: Hartland, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday–Friday with flexibility for a multiple-shift operation. The role may require up to 25% business travel within and outside the state.

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs at the assigned plant location.
• Advise and coach managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, career pathing, exit interviews, and employee relations counseling.
• Assess employee climate and implement actions that strengthen engagement and positive employee relations.
• Coordinate training needs, orientation programs, and development plans for employees and managers.
• Administer job evaluations, compensation programs, workers’ compensation claims, and return-to-work assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four years of experience in Human Resources positions.
• Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state laws.
• Ability to coordinate concurrent projects, competing priorities, and critical deadlines.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to different organizational audiences.
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday and support a multiple-shift operation.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience managing, hiring, developing, motivating, and directing employees.
