HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Hollis, NH, United States, with support for the Centerline location in Hudson, MA

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with site leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Provide hands-on HR guidance to improve working relationships, morale, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Advise leadership on people-related decisions and business results.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics with the HR team to support programs and policies.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and conduct thorough, objective investigations.
• Guide managers on performance management, coaching, career development, corrective actions, compliance, and HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• 5+ years of related Human Resources experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylee status.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday.
