Senior Business/Quality Analyst (Deposit Development)

Location: Hybrid remote position; candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of the offices in Springfield, Missouri, or Monett, Missouri. Onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required.

What you will do

• Define requirements, scope enhancements, and support core deposit functionality with an agile development team.
• Create and execute test plans and concise test scripts for new products and product enhancements.
• Schedule and perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Submit defects to development, retest corrections, and verify that changes are migrated correctly into production.
• Review requirements, design, and scope documents and collaborate with subject matter experts and development teams.
• Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning to prioritize work.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience using Silverlake or CIF 20/20 deposits.
• Experience with quality assurance, software testing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ACH, wires, EIP, EAA, and other deposit functions is beneficial.
• Experience with Core Business Services, iAdapter Mapping, SOA, XML, ALM, or UFT testing is beneficial.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other software tracking tools is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of core banking deposit processes and related testing tools.
