Lead Analyst Technology, Wealth Management (AI)

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid work with attendance at a hirify.global office three days per week

What you will do

• Drive elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for complex technology initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into user stories, process models, workflows, solution specifications, and technical requirements.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, gap assessments, feasibility studies, and solution evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, UX designers, Data Science, Data Engineering, Architecture, and AI Engineering teams.
• Support QA and UAT, production issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution activities.
• Identify and define use cases for AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, conversational AI, document intelligence, and knowledge management solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, insurance, capital markets, or enterprise technology.
• Experience delivering large, cross-functional technology initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC delivery models.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, data mapping, requirements management, and solution documentation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, ServiceNow, Splunk, Postman, Microsoft Office Suite, and process or wireframing tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, or Marvel.
• This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with annuities and insurance, investments, private markets, advisory platforms, or investment operations.
• Experience with vendor-based software implementations and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, data analytics, or AI-enabled workflows.
