Senior Business Analyst (Jack Henry)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States; onsite role

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus target annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonuses of 10% each

What you will do

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for Accounting, Finance, banking, lending, treasury, and financial data systems.
• Support Jack Henry SilverLake, LoanIQ integrations, Loan Data Mart reporting, system enhancements, upgrades, conversions, and production support.
• Coordinate Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, testing, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps work items, ServiceNow requirements, reporting dashboards, process maps, SOPs, test cases, and training materials.
• Manage change requests, access requests, governance activities, audit documentation, and control requirements.
• Facilitate process analysis and improvement activities, including value stream mapping and current-state and future-state documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial systems, banking operations, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry platforms and Accounting & Finance processes, including general ledger, deposits, loans, interfaces, reconciliations, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, reporting and analytics tools, Agile delivery, requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog management, and PBIs.
• Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, integrations, conversions, and UAT in banking or financial services environments.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, change management, SOX-compliant controls, audit requirements, governance, and data integrity.
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
