HR Field Operations Generalist

hirify.global operates manufacturing sites requiring on-site HR support for employees and managers.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with employee relations case management, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management, and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, onboarding, exit interviews, probation reviews, and performance reviews.
• Deliver or support training for line managers and implement HR policies covering parental leave, flexible working, wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement.
• Build effective relationships with unions and agency suppliers while supporting early careers and apprenticeship programmes.
• Maintain HR systems, prepare payroll data, produce HR KPI reports, support audits, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualification, currently working towards it, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and relevant legislation.
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Experience dealing with unions and strong commercial awareness in a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
• High level of customer service and effective communication skills.
