Preplanning Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Define and implement production concepts while following engineering rules for kits, sequences, work organization, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.
• Continuously improve production quality, efficiency, space utilization, and overall performance.
• Monitor MSD reports, production flow diagrams, and PFMEA updates related to process changes.
• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures and quality requirements.
• Participate in improvement projects and support certification and customer audits.
• Manage auxiliary personnel activities, including overtime control.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar industrial position.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
