What you will do

• Drive activities to improve production efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Implement production-efficiency monitoring systems, including KOSU, VSM, and 5S.
• Analyze production processes using standard industrial engineering methods, identify bottlenecks and MUDA, and implement corrective measures.
• Balance production processes based on time analyses and implement the results in production areas.
• Create and maintain manufacturing master data, including workstation documents, MES data, capacity planning, and ramp-up planning.
• Support new product and technical-change implementation, as well as the development of new production equipment and processes.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• One year of experience is appreciated.
• French and English language skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of production engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing processes, engineering optimization, ergonomics, and engineering standards.
• Communication, teamwork, change management, self-organization, conflict management, motivation, and resilience.
