Sr Maintenance Manager (Medical Technology)

Location: Sfax, Tunisia; onsite role supporting production equipment and teams.

What you will do

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for production equipment.
• Lead, coach, and manage maintenance technicians and engineers across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical disciplines.
• Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Analyze equipment performance data, optimize maintenance schedules, and reduce breakdowns.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of complex machinery and systems.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, resource allocation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and projects, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Fluent French and English required, together with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance skills.
