Specialist Production Technology (Automotive)

What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global Operating System in the production facility.
• Establish production equipment parameters for product changes and new product introductions.
• Create and document local work instructions for machine operation.
• Coach and train the Production Maintenance team on equipment maintenance and support the resolution of critical or rare equipment problems.
• Coordinate the ordering, installation, commissioning, release, and tracking of production equipment.
• Drive improvements in setup time, scrap, rework, downtime, maintenance planning, and spare-parts stock levels.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Approximately one year of experience is appreciated.
• French and English language skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements, solution delivery methodology, process capability, problem-solving techniques, performance measurement, and diagnostics.
• Communication, teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, change management, self-organization, resilience, and conflict-management skills.
