Specialist Supplier Quality Assurance (Automotive)

What you will do

• Raise and manage supplier quality complaints caused by customer or internal issues.
• Analyze faulty supplier parts and follow complaints through 8D acceptance and CONC closure.
• Request, monitor, archive, and approve PCNs, PPAPs, and PSWs.
• Monitor supplier-related on-hold areas and control special process and product characteristics.
• Review control plans and support the creation and updating of relevant procedures.
• Prepare for IATF activities, address audit findings, and stop production or dispatch when necessary to mitigate non-conformance risks.

Requirements

• University degree; any field of study is accepted.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality.
• Communication, teamwork, self-organization, conflict management, and intercultural sensitivity.
• Change management, target and results orientation, motivation, and resilience.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, blended learning, e-learning concepts, competency modeling, training management, and leadership development programs.
