Specialist Production Concept (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Define, generate, adjust, and release RFQ and detailed production concepts through the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate production inputs with the Production Calculation team, including capital expenditure, efficiency, and ramp-up costs.
• Consult capacity planning experts to optimize equipment and capital expenditure planning.
• Plan concept releases, manage deviations from production standards, and update concepts after project re-initiation or implementation changes.
• Support equipment installation planning and participate in launch team meetings and work packages.
• Identify requirements not covered by existing standards and support the central team with standard updates.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Approximately two years of relevant experience are appreciated.
• French and English language skills required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of capacity management, harness manufacturing, production concept development, manufacturing processes, and production engineering.
• Project planning, project tracking and reporting, project management methodology, communication, teamwork, and change management skills.
