Specialist Board Design Engineer

What you will do

• Complete board design orders within defined deadlines.
• Create and modify assembly board designs according to requirements.
• Analyze and implement internal and customer change documentation in line with change management procedures.
• Apply released standards, best practices, ergonomic requirements, and engineering principles to board designs.
• Compile and maintain bills of materials and identify design optimization opportunities.
• Support first-off manufacturing queries, design release, and final board validation.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Approximately two years of relevant experience is appreciated.
• French and English language skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of workstation design, engineering optimization, standards and procedures, ergonomics, engineering principles, and equipment validation.
• Communication, teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, change management, self-organization, conflict management, target orientation, motivation, and resilience.
