Director, Care Management - Foster Care

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; must reside in Oklahoma or be willing to relocate. Onsite meetings are required at the Oklahoma City office.

Salary: $121,500–$224,900 per year

What you will do

• Direct care management operations, including the care management model, staffing, technology use, and staff competencies.
• Lead team performance, improvement initiatives, talent management, and departmental goal-setting.
• Oversee care management data, reporting metrics, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and NCQA regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop clinical care pathways and care management strategies that improve quality and cost effectiveness.
• Manage the department budget and collaborate with senior leadership and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• For Oklahoma Complete Health: Oklahoma RN or Compact RN license and a nationally recognized case management certification are required.
• Ability to work with care management data, reporting, policies, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
