Manager, Care Management (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Schedule: Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 16–20 registered nurse professionals providing telephonic outreach and care management for Special Needs Plan members.
• Maintain staffing and operational processes aligned with department goals and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, motivate, empower, and support the professional development of team members.
• Analyze data to interpret trends and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor quality and productivity to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments, participate in briefings and area meetings, and coordinate with other managers.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 5 years of professional RN experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or operational leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; the role is subject to U.S. nationwide remote work requirements.
