Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, implementation, integration, deployment, and technical support teams.
• Translate business, mission, and customer requirements into engineering and implementation plans.
• Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, network, systems, cybersecurity, software, data, and integration activities.
• Develop implementation strategies, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deployment plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, validation, configuration, migration, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage solution transitions from engineering and development environments into production operations and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related technical discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Significant experience in engineering, systems integration, implementation, infrastructure, software deployment, cloud technologies, or enterprise IT environments.
• Experience leading technical teams through complex implementations and managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Strong understanding of systems and software development lifecycles, implementation schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and technical deliverables.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
