Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD per year plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead and manage a sizable team of software engineers while fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Oversee the development, implementation, enhancement, testing, and delivery of commercial software products.
• Provide technical guidance on complex challenges and make critical project decisions.
• Coordinate with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support product launches.
• Plan team work, estimate resources, allocate capacity, and track project timelines and development processes.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, continuous delivery, and development operations coordination.
• Experience with product software engineering, APIs, frameworks, and software quality standards.
• Understanding of cloud computing and cloud-based platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analysis, judgment, decision-making, and resource-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization and apply Agile methods.
