Product Manager (Information Security)

Location: Remote

Salary: $132,814–$179,690 per year, with the actual offer based on location, experience, skills, knowledge, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Own long-term product roadmaps as part of broader business strategies.
• Develop product strategy using personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions.
• Lead collaboration and prioritization across multiple products, releases, and cross-functional teams.
• Engage customers and users to identify needs, develop product hypotheses, and refine solutions.
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and other measures of business and product value.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners while aligning product outcomes with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–9 years of relevant business experience, including experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, facilitation, executive communication, collaboration, and influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with governance, risk, compliance, audit, regulatory, policy, controls, third-party risk, or security awareness programs.
• Experience leading regulated initiatives involving technology, risk, audit, compliance, legal, or operational stakeholders.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, resiliency testing, or recovery planning.
• Product management, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or similar certification.
• Experience with multi-year product strategy, business cases, roadmaps, investment plans, budgets, adoption, change management, training, and executive reporting.
