Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States (hybrid)

Base annual salary: $110,000–$135,000 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Lead product execution from vision through delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and business functions to deliver new products and features.
• Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback and turn it into actionable requirements.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and architectural discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and scope while using data to identify product improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management.
• Proven record of executing and successfully delivering products and individual features.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical architectural concepts.
• Ability to evaluate technical limitations and trade-offs when determining what to build.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
