Product Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a product or feature set, including product outcomes, OKRs, and a rolling 12-month roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize features with stakeholders, lead ROI discussions, and guide product strategy decisions.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand pain points, identify opportunities, showcase product capabilities, and support go-to-market strategies.
• Create screen prototypes and wireframes with partners, gather feedback, and optimize performance.
• Lead backlog planning and grooming, sprint backlog refinement, estimation, prioritization, and release planning with agile teams.
• Collaborate with business systems analysts, developers, testers, UX specialists, and Scrum Masters through agile ceremonies and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading or contributing to the transformation of a company into a product-led organization.
• Ability to work with abstract concepts, systems, and ideas while remaining organized and self-disciplined.
• Strong stakeholder influence, analytical thinking, critical reasoning, communication, and intellectual confidence.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
