Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base pay range: $151,000–$221,430 per year for Massachusetts and other listed U.S. markets. The role may also include variable compensation and/or equity.

What you will do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a strategically important enterprise security product area.
• Own ambiguous, high-impact product problems spanning multiple capabilities, teams, and customer-experience areas.
• Research customer workflows, engage with customers and prospects, and represent the voice of the customer throughout product development.
• Partner with engineering and design to set priorities, make tradeoffs, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, competitive dynamics, technical opportunities, and business priorities into product strategies and investment recommendations.
• Define success metrics, lead discovery and roadmap planning, support launches and adoption, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including experience leading complex software products from strategy through execution.
• Experience defining and executing product strategy for enterprise software and owning B2B products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Strong product judgment, strategic and commercial thinking, analytical skills, and technical aptitude for working with engineering on architecture and platform tradeoffs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, communicate with varied audiences, and solve complex problems across multiple teams.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, prospects, and partners; ability to mentor and elevate other Product Managers.

Nice to have

• Experience at a large enterprise SaaS provider.
• Previous cybersecurity experience.
• Master's degree or MBA.
