Senior Technical Product Manager (Fraud)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

Salary: $142,500–$237,500 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus and, for certain positions, long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, and execution for a portfolio of 2–5 fraud products.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables.
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, and strategic impact.
• Oversee platform enhancements, system integrations, API-driven capabilities, and infrastructure investments with development teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and delivery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Establish product performance metrics and mentor Technical Product Managers while driving Agile execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with technical, platform, infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise products.
• 3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers or Technical Product Managers.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple products, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, service-oriented architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and with system design, platform modernization, and technical solution development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in fraud, identity, risk, authentication, or financial services technology.
• Experience with interconnected product portfolios sharing capabilities, data, and technical dependencies.
• Experience supporting global teams and using customer feedback, operational metrics, and performance analytics to guide product decisions.
