Senior Product Leader, Elevate Platform (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $205,700–$360,100 USD annual base pay, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, and long-term direction for the Elevate platform.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from market discovery and concept development through launch and post-launch performance management.
• Build three- to five-year product roadmaps with product, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Provide strategic oversight across compliance, risk, performance, Front Office Solutions, portfolio analytics, sustainability, thought leadership, proprietary indicators, and data solutions.
• Own product-group performance, profitability, metrics, investment recommendations, budgets, and staffing resources.
• Support sales through product positioning, RFI/RFP and due diligence responses, client engagement, and industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• Related industry qualification, such as ACCA.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex product portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive-ready presentation, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
